Start with a free case review

Three quick questions, then your contact details. No cost, no obligation — and your submission is reviewed by the attorney.

Why the questions come first

I run intake differently on purpose: the short review comes first, so I have read what happened before anyone calls you.

Every submission is reviewed by Jake, a trial attorney. If your case looks like one he may be able to help with, he or a member of his team will contact you.

What happens after you submit

  1. I review your answers myself. If your case looks like one I may be able to help with, I or a member of my team will contact you.
  2. We talk through what happened, your deadlines, and whether you have a case. Honestly, including if you don't — and if a different lawyer is the right fit, I'll point you there.
  3. If we work together, everything is in writing: the contingency fee, how costs work, and what happens next.

Prefer to write it out?

Email jakejewellcohen@gmail.com with your name, how to reach you, and the date and type of incident. Please no details about what happened yet.

Submitting the form or emailing does not create an attorney-client relationship, and deadlines keep running until a representation is confirmed in writing — if a deadline is close, say so in your first message; that gets priority. Please don't send confidential details until representation is confirmed.
